New to this sub but I thought you would all appreciate this. A few weeks ago I saw this BGE in my neighborhood with a "free" sign on it. I immediately pulled over and told my wife as long as its not broken I'm taking it. The inside was in rough shape and the gasket needed to be replaced, but structurally was in decent shape. After some cleaning and a new gasket it works great. I celebrated my new BGE with some ribs.

I think you have a the ceramic ring that sits on the fire bowl upside down – on mine (put together by bge) the dips/crescent cut outs face down on top of the fire bowl so the grill/conveggtor plates sit flat all the way around.

Very nice! The gasket looks a little cooked at the back, you might want to consider replacing that with a newer high temp one that can withstand pizza temps!
(Not that I can criticise your end results looking at that meat!)
