I went to harvest strawberries on Sunday so I made this cake bursting with strawberries.
First I made the jam and the juice for the jelly, then I followed this recipe for no particular reason other than it’s the first one I found.
It came out lovely but I think I could have done without the sponge on top, and maybe next time I will buy the jam and jelly as it’s not really worth the hassle.
