    Silken tofu is best as added protein in smoothies or soups as dumplings. I’ve never seen anyone just eat it out the pack like that.

    It’s okay to season your food. Herbs are plantbased. It’s okay to cook or bake tofu too. In fact, it tastes better.

    Get your spice game in check and you will never go back. Spices are not only culinary delights of taste explosion but also the healthiest foods on earth. It’s an all around win.

    It doesn’t have to be hot to be spice heavy, if you dislike heat.

    I love eating straught from the package like that too. The only difference is that I prefer firm tofu, I only use silken in desserts.

    I’ve been vegan for ten years and I would be sad eating that. Is the tofu cooked? It looks raw.
