today we got some delicious proffitter rolls this is a recipe that really takes me back because I was 15 and I came home from school i wasn’t having a good day and the Barefoot Contessa was on TV and she made this recipe and I said “You know what i could do that.” And I did and I’ll never forget it i was blown away at how good they were and how I was able to make something so impressive so here they are today the same recipe and you know what i wouldn’t change a thing deliciously delicate little French pastries with ice cream and chocolate ganache and I’d like you to tell me about a dessert honestly I think this is freaking blissful and every time I make them it takes me right back to that day I made them for the first time oh honey
