Hi guys, I’m back with another easy recipe and today we are making strawberry salad. Strawberries are rich in antioxidant, vitamin C, K, potassium, helps in regulating blood sugar levels, good for heart health. For this salad, I have taken cabbage, light strawberries, carrots, cucumbers and baby corns. You can take whatever is available. I’m also taking avocado. Avocado is full of fiber and good fats. Helps in digestion and helps you in losing weight also. Take quarter avocado, slice it and place it on chopped cabbage. Then we’ll start assembling our salad by adding cucumbers, carrots, corn, and strawberries. The best part of the salad is the dressing. The dressing is so delicious. It has no oil and such a unique taste. You will love it. For dressing, we’ll take three sliced strawberries, one handful of washed raisins, 1/4 teaspoon of mustard, 2 tbsp of white vinegar, and salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup of water. Now, we’ll blend all these ingredients until it’s nice and smooth. Taste the strawberry vinegar at this point, and adjust according to your taste. Sprinkle some flaked almonds and eat with joy.
