

I made it with a super high hydration and with baking powder, I then steamed it in a bowl. It has a melt in your mouth texture and reminds me of silken tofu. I’m trying to think of what to do with it though, it should be good with rice and chili oil, It also might be good with soup of course. Maybe you could put a filling the batter and make a dumpling, maybe bake it after streaming for some extra texture.
Any ideas?

Cube/strip it up, freeze it for firmness, fry it, toss it in sauce.
What hydration did you use? I do mine at 80%
maybe as a pâté?
Sweeten it and make it into a desert!
