    There’s a Filipino dessert called turon which is like a fried egg roll except inside the crispy wrapper is a banana wrapped in sugar. That’s always waiting for me when I visit my parents.

    So, your ice cream is giving me warm vibes. I want to try and imitate yours except find a way to add a crispiness to it. Thanks for the ideas!
