Would this be a medium rare? Now I always try and take it off the cast iron with internal tempt around 120. Not sure what temp this one was. I just winged it at that time.

    I prefer my steak more medium, but if you were going for medium-rare, I’d say you nailed it. If that’s reslly your second time cooking steak, I’m afraid you might have already peaked. That’s damn near perfection
