Recipe:

📏 Dish size: 20×17 cm
🧾 Ingredients:
500g mascarpone cheese

400ml heavy cream (33% fat)

80g powdered sugar

A pinch of vanilla

18 pieces of savoiardi (ladyfinger) biscuits

300ml coffee, brewed and cooled

Cocoa powder, for dusting

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Brew the coffee and let it cool completely.

In a bowl, combine mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
Whip everything together on low speed until smooth and creamy.

Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee (don’t soak!), and tightly line the bottom of your dish.
If needed, cut the biscuits to fit.

Spread half of the cream evenly over the biscuit layer.

Add another layer of dipped biscuits.

Spread the remaining cream on top and smooth it out.

(Optional) Use a piping bag or plastic bag to pipe small peaks for decoration — or just spread the cream evenly without decorating.

Chill in the fridge for a few hours until the cream sets.

Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and enjoy this heavenly treat.
