15-MINUTES SUMMER BRUSCHETTA
INGREDIENTS
·4 tomatoes
·1 tablespoon of oil
·1 tablespoon of dried basil
·1 tablespoon of dried oregano
·1 teaspoon of salt
·½ teaspoon of dried sage
·½ teaspoon of grounded dried garlic
·½ teaspoon of grounded white pepper
·1 clove of garlic
·4 big slices of bread (type Tuscan or Apulian)
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven at 180° C | 350° F.
Slice the tomatoes at concassé and put them in a bowl.
Add oil and seasoning, mix and put it in the fridge.
Slice the bread in smaller pieces and arrange it on a grill with or without a mat.
Roast the bread for 10-15 minutes at 180° C | 350° F.
Take out of the oven.
Rub the clove of garlic on a slice of bread and cover it with the concassé of tomatoes.
Enjoy your meal! 😋
PRO TIP: bruschetta can be adapted to a variety of ingredients, try it also with soft cheese and avocado!
