Vanilla ice cream base with blackberry balsamic syrup swirled throughout. I made the syrup from wild blackberries that I forgaged for in a nearby field. The flavors of the vanilla and syrup create an amazing contrast of flavors that pair really well together. This is definitely going to be my new go-to summer staple flavor.
