Ingredients:
Potatoes
Chicken stock
Lemon juice
Garlic
Salt
Oregano
Oil

Recipe:
– Peel and cut potatoes into wedges. Let them soak in cool water until the excess starch has come off. Dump them into a baking tray and cover them in chicken stock, lemon juice, oil, oregano, salt and chopped garlic.

– Give the potatoes a mix, then put them in a preheated oven set to 390°F (200°C). They’ll take about 45 minutes to bake. Mix every 20 minutes to help ensure even crisping.

– When they’re crispy, brown and most of the liquid has been absorbed, they’re good 🫡.

– These are delicious on their own, but stick around to see how I augment them!
