apricots are really good for your health especially as they are high in several vitamins and minerals like vitamin A vitamin C they’re high in antioxidant called beta carotene as well as high in minerals like potassium as well as high in fibers but what is the best way of eating apricots either people eat fresh apricots or dried apricots the best way to eat apricots is the fresh apricots because that retains all the vitamins and minerals and is also low in sugar the problem with dried apricots is that they are very high in sugar in content and this high sugar can actually cause inflammation in your system and also can raise your blood sugar levels

Fresh apricots are not available most of the time.Their season is limited
True, however dried are more readily available and cheaper. And probably way more healthy than most sweet fruit or whatever junk food we are eating nowadays
