I made another loaf of focaccia, and the last time I posted my previous loaf it was said that it didn’t look like I dimpled it nearly enough.

This one I dimpled quite aggressively. But I think based on the nature of the recipe, the dimples don’t show up as well, but I feel like it showed up better this time.

I went to town Dimpling this loaf and had fun with it!

I tend to think that the large bubble and no kneading recipe might lead to the dimples getting blown out by the bubbles expanding

But I guarantee you I have yet to make a bad loaf of focaccia!
