– Classic onion soup served with cheese croutons

– Poached egg on a bed of greens with mustard dressing and sautéed bacon

– Toasted bread with Béchamel sauce, ham, cheese and a sunny-side-up egg, served with mixed salad

– Sautéed shrimp in creamy broth with capers and bacon, served with coconut rice

– Pan-seared fish fillet with Nantais butter sauce, vegetables and mashed potato

– Chicken cooked in red wine, served with buttered tagliatelle

– Pork belly glazed with honey-soy sauce, served with melted cabbage and boiled potato

– Sauerkraut garnished with pork shank, grilled pork belly, sausages and boiled potato (good for 2–3 persons)

– Breaded fried Camembert with a salad bouquet and walnuts

For dessert, the offerings include:

– Opera cake

– Choux wheel filled with hazelnut cream

– Crème brûlée

– Crêpes with chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream
