When I want a dish that’s going to impress, I go for a mushroom risoto. It’s so easy to make it deliciously creamy with perfect al dente rice that has tons of flavor. First quarter mushrooms. Then add chicken broth to a pot along with the mushroom stems. Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add mint, shallots of butter, and olive oil until translucent. Then add your mushrooms and season with salt and pepper until those mushrooms brown. Add garlic and thyme until fragrant. Then delaze with white wine until evaporated. Toaster or boreo rice until light golden brown. Then add a few ladles of bone broth at a time and simmer the rice, repeating until al dente. Finish with freshly grated parmesan, butter, and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
