I do it the Hungarian way and use whole or half cabbage "leaves" to wrap the ground beef. Then throw any extra cabbage in with the rolls and sauce to simmer until soft and beef is cooked.
I had no idea that peppermint tea would be used in this recipe
Tremendous waste of cabbage that is now soooo expensive. Also, mushroom gravy for me – not tomato.
