The BEST Cauliflower Recipe✨

Ingredients✨
Cauliflower Steaks:
– 1 whole organic cauliflower
– 1 tbsp Tony’s Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
– 2 tsp onion powder
– 3 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
– 2 tsp smoked paprika
– 2 tsp chili powder
– 1/4 cup Olive oil, to drizzle
– Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Creamed Spinach & Mushrooms:
– Fresh spinach
– Sliced mushrooms
– Sliced Onion
– Garlic (minced)
– Organic Oat Milk
– Grated Parmesan (optional)
– Onion powder, to taste
– Pepper, to taste

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Slice the cauliflower into thick “steaks” and arrange them on a baking sheet. Mix olive oil and seasonings: Tony Chachere’s Creole, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, Parmesan, and pepper, & top with Parmesan and place face down on pan.
3. Roast the cauliflower steaks for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and tender.
4. Sauté the garlic and mushrooms in a pan with olive oil. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in the cream (or coconut milk) and simmer until thickened. Season with onion powder and pepper to taste.
5. Spoon the creamed spinach and mushroom mixture over the top.
6. Broil for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese (if using) and create a crispy top.
7. Serve with golden rice and roasted crispy Brussels sprouts on the side.
