Cajun Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
• 1 packet penne pasta
• 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
• ½ teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
• ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (for sauce)
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced

Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel. Today I’m going to show you guys an easy Cajun chicken pasta. It is absolutely delicious, creamy, and can be done in less than 30 minutes. Let’s get into it. To begin, we’re going to start by boiling our pasta. My water is already boiling, so I’m going in with the pasta. And also, I’m just going to season it with some salt and chicken bullion. Give it a little mix. Just like this. We’re going to let it boil until al dente. Now it’s time to season our chicken. I’m going to pat dry the chicken just like this. Make sure it’s nice and dry because you want a beautiful sear. Going in with a little bit of oil. Very lightly. And I try to remove as much fat on the chicken as I can. You don’t want it to be too greasy. Okay. Just rub it in. And I have my seasoning. Nice. Actually, let’s dice the chicken up. Let me just go ahead and just dice them up into small bite-siz pieces. Okay, nothing too fancy. Now, to season, I’ll have the seasoning down below. I’m using my Cajun crush seasoning. And I’m just going to sprinkle that all over the chicken. Just like this. Mix it up. Flip it over. Make sure every part of the chicken is nicely seasoned. Cajun chicken pasta is known for its flavor. Very, very strong in flavor in a good way. Very flavorful. So, make sure you add enough of that seasoning in. Your chicken is pretty much ready to be seared. To pin sear the chicken, I’m going to drizzle some olive oil to my skillet. It’s on mediumigh heat. Now we’re going to place the chicken right in just like this. We’re just going to pin sear the chicken for about 4 minutes per side. A little bit more oil. Once it’s nice and golden brown on one side, I’ll just flip it over. It is time to flip the chicken over. Beautiful. Just flip them over so we can allow the other side to cook as well. Look how golden brown and beautiful this is. Only if you guys was here to be able to smell the aroma that is coming out of this chicken. It’s so amazing. Okay. All right, guys. Time to remove the chicken. I tasted it. It tastes amazing. I’m ready to eat it right now. It’s so good. It’s real good. Smells amazing. You cannot go wrong with Cajun chicken pasta. When in doubt, make some Cajun chicken pasta. Okay, pasta is nice and al dente. We’re going to drain the water. Set it aside for now. With the same skillet, I’m going in with one tablespoon unsalted butter. Going to allow that to melt. Then we’re going in with two two cloves of minced garlic. Add that in. Fry that until fragrance a little bit. And then you’re going in with heavy whipping cream. Okay, this is what’s going to make it nice and creamy. Pour that in. Now I’m going in with about two oz 2 oz of cream cheese to make it even more creamier. Okay. Now I’m going in with a little bit more of my Cajun crush seasoning, which you’ll find down below in the comment, not comment, the description box. and I’ll also have it on the screen for you. Islandbby Cookooking.com is where you can find it. Once you’re done adding your seasoning in, you’re going in with your pasta. Just pour that in just like this. Looking good. Give it a mix. Just like so. Looking creamy, delicious. Now is the time to kind of turn down your heat a little bit. You don’t want to dry out the sauce. I’m going in with some fresh parsley. And also, we’re going in with some Parmesan cheese. Okay. Freshly grated parmesan. Can’t go wrong with that. And you can add as much as you like. Just Perfect. Give that a mix. Give it a stir. It smells amazing. Now, I’m going in with the chicken. Pour the chicken in. I’m going to leave a little bit for garnish, but you can just pour all of it in there. And this is also going to add flavor to your pasta. Oh, that looks so good. I’m going to add a little bit more Parmesan cheese just because. And your pasta is pretty much done at this point. It’s ready to be served. A whole lot. Yes. Yes. Yes. Give it another stir. It’s looking so good. I’m so hungry for this pasta. Y’all hear that? Creamy. Perfect. My favorite part, the taste test.
