Pork and Crab Xiaolongbao from Hing Kee. Great flavor and excellent texture, even after the 10 minute walk.

I liked that I could taste the crab with the pork. Chili oil was a little light on spice, but the vinegar was outstanding. Also, why do other cities even bother??
