Hey, here’s a delicious and easy zucchini salad that’s going to come in real handy this summer, especially if you grow zucchinis. I took the top and the bottom off of two zucchinis, and then I cut them into ribbons on a mandolin. A pinch of kosher salt, a drizzle of olive oil, maybe a tablespoon or two, some torn basil leaves, and if you grow basil and zucchini, you’re all set. Then the juice from one lemon. Then this is a great place for some shaved parmesan or maybe some crumbled feta. Then when you go to plate this, I want you to think of pasta. These are almost like noodles. You can bend them around and create some height. Then that leaves a great spot for your homemade pizza, a piece of grilled chicken or fish, or even some cottage cheese that I whipped some pesto into. and follow me if your garden zucchini is about to be coming out of your ears.

I use a plastic container for a guard. I just made your long cut pickles wow for long sandwich π

ALWAYS RINSE MELON FAMILY VEGETABLES IN COLD WATER AT LEAST TWICE TO REMOVE ITS HIGH TANNIN CONTENT!! TASTE THE DIFFERENCE. WILL MAKE IT SWEETER AND CRUNCHIER
