I have chopped salad like this or with spinach or other lettuces and add different proteins. Tuna, grilled chicken, hard boiled eggs, shrimp, etc. The feta is always added and so are the Kalamata olives. I use just 4 of the posted and chopped. The egg is hard poached and chopped.
I usually have 2 meals and 2 snacks a day keeping everything as fresh and healthy as possible. Low sodium and low cholesterol for edema and heart issues but it’s the new and better way. 🌼🩷🌼
