Due to a calculation mistake, I accidentally added double the amount in the first layer, which made it easily unstable when it was cut. The moment I realized this mistake, it was already too late to fix it, and I had to continue with the other layers. Next time, I will use the correct measurements, but for now, it was a very useful learning experience, and I'm still happy with the way it looked and tasted!

    This still looks amazing 😍 the layers are super clean! Bavarois is tricky with all the gelatin ratios, so even messing up a layer and still pulling this off is impressive af. Can’t wait to see version 4
