    I do brown lentils with whole wheat pasta, green peas(frozen), corn(frozen), and then 1 serving of organic tomato sauce at the end and it is amazing. Similar meal I guess. Takes only 30 min max to cook.

    Would eat! Needs some mixed herbs and some greens in there tho in my opinion

    love the taste and texture of tvp, but dont like that is a processed food. i wonder if tempeh could be good here.

    Would probably make this with regular pasta and red lentils as the mince, but this is an interesting lower carb take.
