High-Protein Red Pepper Hummus
Ingredients:
15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup roasted red peppers
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
Garnish-
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Blend ingredients together until smooth and creamy
Serve, garnished with a drizzle of olive oil and chopped parsley
