    The marinade roughly goes such as: for the beef, wershierchshire sauce, dedgion mustard, veg oil, pepper, jamacian jerk, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, and probably some other things – for the chicken, off the shelf teriyaki sauce! sat in there for a few hours before skewer, it was very good! The charring did not add a burnt taste! 🙂

    Was at Lowe’s last weekend and the guy there hinted prices could go up soon due to shipping costs. Not sure if it’s real or just sales talk.
