The Mediterranean-leaning menu, which “coaxes big flavors from seemingly minimalist presentations,” highlights fastidiously prepared seafood and lush pastas — think ricotta cavatelli with yellow corn, forest mushrooms, and serrano chili — in equal measure in one of the region’s most stunning spaces.
