[Music] well there’s mamm pistachio cookies There’s the ones that are not baked yet And there’s one that baked I eat them like candy Here’s the stuffing which is ground pistachio Three to one Three pistachio one sugar And uh I add some rose water And by the way these are roses grown in my my yard my garden And they all smell good I don’t believe in having roses that don’t smell good The dough is some that’s already ready to go And what it is is I used three cups of cream of wheat or fina from an Arab market with uh one cup of butter unsalted and I mix them and let them sit overnight The next day I add a tablespoon of flour And I knead them I I need it I need it till it’s like like this See and then uh I use this and I prime it with flour And then I make it real thin Put the stuffing in it Then I close it See that’s why I primer it with flour And then uh I bake them for 25 minutes and I sift powdered sugar over it and let it cool off for 20 minutes and that’s it Well I bake them on a bacon sheet just dry 400° for about 20 25 minutes Then I take them out and immediately put the sugar the sugar on it I used the you know sifted powdered sugar Please please subscribe I I need subscribers It doesn’t cost you anything Please I need it
