Photos not in order as it was a while ago that I went and I can't quite remember the order now!
Restaurant is entirely plant based. I am neither vegan nor vegetarian. Food was phenomenal, in particular the lions mane dish which was presented by the owners – they explained they've done many iterations of the dish to date and it is one of the best things I've ever eaten.

Lionsmane dish is photo 7. Photo 8 was the only dish we weren’t impressed by – flavours were slightly unusual with a sort of sweetened curry flavour, but textures were good.
Wine pairing was limited to 4 different wines across all plates. Wines were good but would’ve liked more variety.
Same owner has since this week also another restaurant called lara close to this one. Same concept also completely plant based but less fine dinning.
The dinner looks like it was phenomenal. The photos alone makes me want to try it out, the food looks so good.
I live in Northern Virginia, USA where there’s a town named Vienna. I was sad to google the place and see it was in Austria. Makes it a bit harder to visit now! Glad you enjoyed your meal, I’ll keep it on my vacation bucket list of restaurants to go to.
