    I had never had any in my 40 years of life. Started buying HEB boils on Sundays here in south Texas and they’re not as good as the boils I make when I have money and time but they suffice.

    Anyway they come with Boudin sausage and at first I wasn’t crazy about it but it grew on me and now I dream about it

    I smoke the regular and the smoked to get that extra flavor and snap. You just cant go wrong.

    Man. Now I’m missing all that good cajun food. Boudin, crawfish etouffee, my brother’s gumbo and some Down Home green onion smoked sausage. Is it lunch time yet?
