Bismillah hirrahmanirrahim. Assalam waalekumm. Welcome back to special food. Today I will share with you all a very tasty, flavourful recipe of Garlic Butter Chicken Bites . These chicken bites are crispy from outside and soft and juicy from inside. And then when we coat these spicy crispy chicken bites in creamy and cheesy sauce, their taste will reach the next level. This is a restaurant recipe which we will prepare at home. You can also include this recipe in the menu of feasts. If you also want to enjoy the restaurant-like experience at home and want to impress your family members or guests, then this recipe is for you. So let’s quickly start making this recipe. To make this tasty cheesy chicken bites, here I have taken 1 kg boneless chicken. I have taken chicken breast. If you want, you can also make this recipe with chicken thighs. I have cut the chicken into white pieces . If you want, you can keep the size a little bigger. I washed the chicken properly and drained all the water. Now there is no water left in it. Now we have to marinate the chicken. For marination of chicken, I have taken one tablespoon of garlic ginger paste here. We have to add this. Now I will add crushed chillies in it. That is, chilli flakes. I will add one teaspoon of this. And now we will add chopped green chillies in it. I have taken about one tablespoon of this. I took five to six green chillies and put them in the chopper and chopped them. Now I took a big lemon here, I have extracted its juice. We have to add this too . It is very important to add lemon juice. This is because it will help in melting the chicken and will also enhance its flavor. Now the chicken will get a spicy and crunchy flavor. So for that I will add 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala and I also have crushed black pepper here. I have to add 1 teaspoon of this as well. I have broken an egg here for good binding in the chicken. I have to include this as well. If you don’t want to add egg, you can avoid it. Now I will add cornflour in it. I have taken three tablespoons of this so that the chicken bites remain crispy and even after frying, they remain in their shape. If you don’t have cornflour, you can use refined flour. Now I will add 1 teaspoon salt in it. You have to increase or decrease the salt according to your taste. I will also add 1/4 teaspoon garam masala. To further enhance the flavor of the chicken, I will add chicken taka masala here. You can use chicken taka masala of any brand. By the way, I have used Shaan . We have to add this one teaspoon. Now we have to mix it well so that all the spices get coated on the chicken and leave a nice flavour inside the chicken. The flavour should be present in every bite of the chicken. I had earlier added three tablespoons of cornflour. But I feel that it is a little less now. So I am adding three tablespoons more here. So in total we are adding six tablespoons of cornflour. The nicer we marinate this chicken, the more flavourful it will become. Now see perfectly that the chicken pieces are well coated with the spices. After marinating, we have to cover it for half an hour and keep it in the fridge. In summers, we will not leave it outside after marinating. Now we have to fry the chicken pieces. For which I have taken cooking oil in the frying pan and have kept it for heating. I have kept the flame on low to medium . Now here I have taken out the chicken from the fridge. Masala, see, every bite has a thick coating of masala. When the oil gets a little hot, we have to take chicken pieces one by one and keep putting them for frying. Keep in mind that we do not overcrowd the chicken. We have to add chicken pieces only as much as there is space inside the pan . This delicious recipe is prepared like this. Children have a lot of fun. Nowadays children have summer vacations. So you must make this chicken for the children. Once you make it and give it to them, believe me, they will make it again and again on request. You can see the flame, bubbles are rising just in the middle. I am not frying them on very high flame . If we fry them on high flame, then it will burn on top. So it will become crispy. It will look like it is done. But from inside this chicken will remain raw. Just after 2 minutes when the chicken pieces hold their shape a little bit, then we have to change their sides. If we start mixing as soon as we put the chicken, then all the coating of spices that we have done will come off. Now we just have to turn them after some time and keep frying. The duration of frying the chicken is 7 to 8 minutes. We just have to keep turning it so that all its sides get fried evenly and it does not remain raw at all. It also becomes crispy. Now after frying for seven to eight minutes, see how nice light golden the chicken has become. Now we just have to take it out. We just have to take out the excess oil. So see how nice crispy it looks Mashal. Now you can also listen to its sound Mashal. See, it is fully coated with spices. Similarly, we have to fry the remaining chicken as well. Mashalah, we have fried the whole chicken . Now we have to keep it aside. By the way, this is very tasty. You can enjoy it like this. But because I am making chicken garlic cheese, for that we have to follow the next step as well. Now here I have again taken the frying pan and I have also turned on the flame on low. From the same oil in which we fried the chicken, I will take two tablespoons of cooking oil and also add two small pieces of butter in it, which is the soul of this recipe. This recipe is incomplete without butter. If you take melted butter, then this is only two tablespoons of oil, so I have taken only two tablespoons of butter. When the butter melts , we will add grated garlic in it. I had taken five to six cloves of garlic. So I have grated it. You can also add it after crushing it. Now we have to saute garlic a little with butter so that the rawness goes away from it. We should not darken the garlic. If we darken it too much, then its taste will become bitter. When a good aroma starts coming from garlic, then we have to add some more ingredients. In which I will add about half a cup of fresh cream here . If you do not have cream, then you can also take out the cream that comes on top of milk at home and add it. We will mix it. I have kept the flame on very low so that no ingredient burns. After adding cream, we have to add chilli flakes. I will add 1/2 teaspoon of this and we will also add 1/4 teaspoon of salt. I will also add a quarter teaspoon of ground black pepper. We have to mix it well. At the same point, I have mozzarella cheese here. I will also take a little of this in my hand and add it like this. We have to add about 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese . So that it becomes a very tasty garlic cheesy sauce. As soon as we add the cheese, it will melt. It will give extra flavor to the chicken. You will get this creamy thick cheesy flavor with every bite of chicken. So here I have a little milk, that is, we will add two tablespoons of milk because we do not want this sauce to be too thick. It should be a little soft because this is the sauce that makes this dish special, which then children and adults all eat with great interest. There will be no need to go to a restaurant. You will prepare a restaurant-like dish at home. So now in this hot sauce, we will add our chicken pieces which we had fried and we will just mix it gently in the cheesy garlic sauce. The cheesy sauce should not get on all the chicken bites. Isn’t this a special recipe? See how the buttery cheesy flavor is getting absorbed inside the chicken. This is the special thing about this chicken. You must have made many chicken recipes and snacks for children. But please make them in this way also. Garlic cheesy sauce is applied on the chicken pieces. So, in the end, to give it a more cheesy touch, I will add some mozzarella cheese on top. And I also have green coriander which I have cut and washed. We have to sprinkle this on top too. So that the dish looks even more beautiful . I have kept the flame on very low flame. So, we have to cover it for 2 minutes so that the mozzarella cheese that we have added in the top layer melts . So, now after 2 minutes, we have to turn off the flame. So, now after 2 minutes, we have to transfer the cheesy chicken bites hot inside the platter. The cheese has melted and is glazed over the chicken pieces. It is so soft and juicy that it is ready. Before serving, we will sprinkle some chaat masala so that it gets a spicy and crunchy flavor. Mashallah, as tasty as it looks, it is simply unmatched when eaten. Subhan Allah.
