    Around 700-800 calories per pot lol, looks so very THICC lol

    Going backwards – nonfat greek yogurt (30 calories), protein powder (100-120 calories), medjool dates (120-140 calories), a cup of whole milk (150 calories), banana (100-120), and pb (approx. 200 calories) clocking in at around 700-800 calories total!
