





Endless riffs. So good. Here’s how I did it today.
- Saute garlic in olive oil
- Added some cubed whole grain bread to toast
- Add white beans and roasted red peppers and let saute for 5 mins
- Add argula or other green (more than you think you need!)
- Garnish with lemon, radish and micro greens and sesame seeds
Lunch in 7 mins.
Change out the beans or greens or garnish depending on what your have. But the white beans + greens combo is hard to beat.
