Same batch of sourdough buns as in our previous post. 3oz each.

Inside we have a delicious patty made with champignon mushrooms, onions, garlic, dried oregano, oats, grated italian grana padano cheese (very important ingredient here), sourdough breadcrumbs, eggs, salt and cracked black pepper. Pictures 5-10. Fried in butter.

Also with fresh ripe tomatoes, yellow onion slices, pickles, green lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup and cheddar.

**a japanese hamburger bun recipe from YouTube. We just swapped yeast for sourdough starter. And sprinkled the buns with nigella and sesame seeds. The pictured one was left plain. Also, brushed with a combination of honey and butter after baking.

Anyhow, it tasted AMAZING and people thought there was meat inside!

    Damn, that looks like a cheeseburger advertisement. One of those ones where you go to the restaurant and it doesn’t look anywhere close to that. 😍

    That looks really good, but does it taste really mushroomy? Like just cutting off a piece of the patty not with all the toppings
