And I use Duke’s mayonnaise instead of butter on the outside of the bread for proper grilling. So my question is do you put ketchup on your grilled cheese?

I see some Melinda’s hot sauce in the back
You should buy a bottle of their black truffle hot sauce and add it to a grilled cheese. That sauce honestly isn’t for everyone but I love it on a grilled cheese sandwich.
