Visited my cousin in Chicago a couple weeks ago, she sent me back to Cali with some starter. My kiddos LOVE sourdough, I buy two loafs a week. But after they tried homemade at Tias house that’s all they want. So of course I had to learn to make it for them.

Followed the same recipe as cousin (Attached beneath). It’s a 75% hydration dough. I used 800g bread flour, 100g wheat flour, and 100g rye flour. And lots of LOVE.

My girls alone ate half the loaf for breakfast, said they felt like they were in Chicago again <3
