  1. Did you do this at home or is there a restaurant I should know about? Looks amazing btw.

  2. Looks fantastic, but also as a chef I find this to be one of the most overrated and overpriced dishes in existence

Lobster is just an expensive vehicle for melted butter

  4. As a born Marylander living in Boston for the last 25 years this looks delicious.

Though maybe could use more Old Bay on the chips…

Question from one who never had one: Is it supposed to be hot or cold?

  6. You just doing this at home or can I grab it at a truck/ pop up somewhere. Coming up there in August!

I appreciate a lobster roll that looks like you could actually pick it up and enjoy it. So many of the ones on reddit look like a little bread rectangle with a tiny pocket overflowing with chopped meat (aside from a performatively immaculate claw). This looks functional and delicious.

    Those look great chef!

Will your pop-up be exclusively Maine style or will you have Connecticut style as well?

as someone who cooks in a Maine lobster pound, I approve!

    i see/make about 60 of these a day
