Hey, look. This ain’t no real cooking video, but you can watch me make it anyway. Put three clean chicken breast in the bottom of a crock pot, right? Get a little bit of olive oil. Pour it in there. Not too much. Add in some uh garlic powder. Mhm. Add in a little bit of onion powder. Uh-huh. Add in a little bit of smoked paprika. Just a little bit. Add in as much cayenne pepper as you want. It’s up to you. Add in whatever your favorite barbecue seasoning is. Today, this is just what I’m using because it’s the first thing I saw in my cabinet. Add in as much or as little as you would like. Damn, that’s a lot of seasoning. Mix this hoe around till everything’s marinated. It’s actually the perfect amount of seasoning. Do not add in any water. Put the top on the and set it for low. Let it cook for like 4 hours. All right, the chicken’s been cooking literally for 3 hours. We have 1 hour left. As you can see, the chicken is now completely just falling apart, which is exactly what we want. So, I’m now going to go in and shred the chicken up. And as you can see, it’s produced its own liquid. And we don’t want it to be watered down. That’s the reason why I said do not add in any additional water. Shred your chicken. Before tasting it and seeing if you need any additional seasonings, toss the shredded chicken up in all of those chicken juices to rehydrate the meat. I’m now going to go in with my absolute favorite barbecue sauce. This is the candy apple barbecue whiskey from Tactical Calories. You cannot find this in the store. You do have to go on the website, which is Tactical Calories, but it is well worth it. And I’m going to add some into this. And I’m only going to add in probably about a cup for right now because I want to make sure that this gets nice and sticky and thick. And oh my god. I’m going to put the top back on this and let this keep cooking. In about 30 minutes, and like that last 30 minutes, I’ll come back and then I might add in a little bit more barbecue sauce. All right, y’all. Like I said, this has been cooking for a total of 4 hours. I started off with just about a half a cup of the barbecue sauce. And then throughout that last hour, I came in and added more little by little to get it to the consistency that I like. This is perfect to put on nachos, to put on a bun with some coleslaw, put it, you know, in a tortilla shell as like a barbecue chicken taco. Eat it by itself. But that’s it. All right. Bae.
