Make it every night. 50g of kale, 50g red cabbage, 40g carrot, 70g cucumber, 55g beets, a hard boiled egg, 45ml skinnygirl honey dijon dressing, salt/pepper/Trader Joe’s green goddess seasoning. I can add/remove veg if I want and it comes out to less than 200 calories!! (If I’m being super specific weighing, it’s 185!) I make it after I go to the gym alongside a marshmallow protein ninja Creami pint!!
