    In some pics yes in others no for whatever reason lol. As long as it doesn’t have a slimy mouth feel I’m happy no matter how it turns out. 

    I usually pull at 120-125 though, I’m not a rare lover.

    If I tried to tell you it looks perfect in person it would just be a bunch of gurgling on saliva. But we aren’t speaking in person so, it looks perfect medium rare to me.

    I like a ribeye (or any well marbled cut) to be a little closer to medium, so the fat renders better.

    So for this steak, yes it’s a little too rare. But if I had a sirloin or a strip come out like that, it would be perfect
