It seems little bit raw
I made this tonight and must have done something wrong. It was not light and fluffy at all. The texture was dense and bit off-putting for me. The bites that had strawberry was delicious but when I hit a part that had no strawberry it was just ok. I do like that it isn't too sweet. I may try to make it again and use more strawberries.
Update: It was worse the next day. It tasted like really badly made bread pudding. Will not try this again.
