this year is going to be like it’s amazing starting off with like going so fast already it’s [Music] insane [Music] [Music] morning you guys happy Friday welcome back to another vlog um if you’re new here you know what to do hit the subscribe button so that way you can get notified every time I post a video um if you exist thous um how are y’all doing um today is Friday day of the week I swear but I It feels like Monday to me because it’s a lot of freaking work that I’m doing so far but yeah so I just wanted to start the vlog today honestly I wasn’t going to vlog but I was like you know what let me just start vlog today because I was going to start a vlog like maybe this weekend but you never know you never know so I’m in the kitchen right now as you can see um I am making couscous you guys so I already prepped um this couscous um that I have for Friday i already made the veggies um cabbage green cabbage potatoes tomatoes and carrots and zucchini in it um so for the veggies as far as that and then as far as the um actual couscous it’s got it’s already it’s already prepping i think I’ll share this process with you guys and then the meat I am oh my gosh so this big piece of meat that I have this is lamb and it was just so hard to freaking cut it and I had to literally bring my hammer because I don’t have the other one that you know cut the meat like a little bit you know faster because with the bones and stuff it’s quite hard but so far I feel like I’m doing a good job because I literally just grabbed my big knife for the um for the meat and then I just hit it with a hammer so that could help a little a little bit so this is what I’m doing right now and I want to share this process with you so I’m just trying to cut it like here but then we grab the hammer and it just helps honestly watch this oh my [Applause] [Music] gosh okay but it’s definitely cutting cutting through [Music] here oh my gosh I feel like a butcher i feel like I’m a butcher right now oh my god [Applause] oh jeez it’s just the bone it’s really hard to cut through here [Music] this is this big piece of bone right [Music] here oh my [Music] god see is like [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [ __ ] i should hear it from here a lot faster there we [Applause] go oh my gosh there you go boy jeez look at that it’s a big piece a beautiful piece okay so now I have to cut it like in half [Music] this plastic to break just like hitting it with a hammer and stuff like that so which is pretty cool so it I cut it to a in half in a small like four pieces which is really pretty so this is lamb by the way so I’m just going to put it here into my [Music] All right so now we’re going to season our um onion so I am going to season a little bit ginger powdered ginger just tiny bit of garlic not too much um turmeric of course saffron and of course you have to add the onions i’m going to have to chop some onions right now [Music] i think um I have shared this process with you guys before i will attach the previous video that I have from making the couscous actually like the exact way but I’m just giving you like a little you know photo just here and there but this is basically the second process after you steam it here for a little bit give it about like I would say 20 minutes or so until you start seeing this start separating together like that so what you do you add a little bit of water maybe a little bit of oil and also we added some salt before so I’m just going to add a little tiny not too much water and then you start you know separate it like that of course you want to add a little bit of butter or um vegetable oil if you have so I’m just going to add some vegetable oil on here that’s that and then we have to put it back in the um into the pot and so that we can get start steaming warm so this is what we’re doing [Music] there we [Music] go after that this is going to be the second time that needs to be steamed um and then after that it should be done as far as the cook goes and then this is what the texture that you’re looking for for you to get so this is almost done i’m going to taste a little bit of it just to see the salt wise so I’m just going to cover it back and then we’re going to put it right into [Music] the four uh beautiful pieces and then the other half honestly I am just So I’m just going to cook these for and um here oh my gosh all [Music] right so the other half I think I’m just going to put it in a zipper and date it and just going to freeze it and then one day probably just going to put it like in the oven or steam it or something like that so this is really good for like a dinner somebody like you know have somebody over and then just cook this this is really good so I’m just going to put that in the zipper [Music] everywhere now we’re making our meat it’s right here i just have to add some onions um to it and then oil and olive oil and then avocado oil and there should be a tiny bit of flour not too much i’m just going to make one onion i don’t want too much you [Music] know i’m just going to add all this oil and then [Music] oil all right so there we go so I’m just going to add some water to that a little bit then we’re going to add some parsley here i have a so nice big shake shake it shake it shake it some water just a little bit cuz the onion produce water also so you don’t want to add too much there we go ready to go one eternity later [Music] [Laughter] [Music] you guys it is Saturday um I know I didn’t vlog with you like last night except I was making the couscous yesterday and I showed you what does it look like after um I finished cooking it and stuff like that it turns out so good and it tastes so yummy like always i love that traditional Moroccan couscous it’s one of the best you guys should try it out it’s amazing and if you’re Moroccan or Algerian Tunisian and any um other from these other Moroccan countries and stuff like that you already know but I know like every different um you know Moroccans as far as like if you um are jurian or Tunisian gimmick their couscous is a little bit different than our Moroccans um but yeah it’s almost tastes the same but it’s so good um it’s Saturday you guys it is a new beautiful day in April i am so loving um this weather right now is like amazing in California it’s so beautiful um it’s just like nice breeze it’s sunny but it’s not extremely hot but lately it’s been crazy it was like up in the 80s almost like up in the 90s it’s insane especially if you live in the valley it’s insanely hot um if you Cali if you know you know how hot it gets in the valley it’s insane but at night we receive some nice breeze but today it’s so beautiful it’s like nice breeze day outdoor it’s such an amazing day i love love it so much but as you all know so it’s it’s April we’re still in the process of a new year i am loving I feel like this year is going to be like it’s amazing starting off with like going so fast already it’s insane but as far as the um as far as like accomplishing a lot of things and stuff like that it just be like boom January it’s like February March April we’re here we’re about to end much April and then we’re going to enter into May and then summer is here and then Christmas is going to come and you’re like “Oh my gosh where are we going all the years like the days flying away?” It’s insane but I hope y’all making making it very productive and then achieve all the goals that you guys wanted to do um and take it like step by step and day by day you know you don’t have to rush it or do anything like that that’s the beauty about life and accomplishing things like that so yeah but I just feel like this year and every other year is going to it’s going to be definitely going to be my year and it’s going to be coming with health wealth and everything else that you wanted to achieve or want to achieve from me from to everybody else and you guys wish to do so make sure you guys stay positive no matter what and then um you know so granted on if you want to become influencer or YouTuber whatever that is um just I would I would say just do it and just try to do it um even the noise in the background just do it but no it’s like we’re over because it’s so nice and beautiful you hear this kind of like things going on activities outdoors so yeah but with that being said you guys and we’re going to move forward with that so moving right along it’s we’re still kicking it in like what the third week or the second week of the month of April and so as you all know y’all be watching me through this background here turn off all this background that I have in the back i am one of those girls i don’t know if it’s just me probably get it from my mom because as I was when I was a kid I used to see her all the time she will rearrange things and then um change the the vibes the backgrounds the decor anything else like in the back and stuff like that in the house or whatever that is she will always constantly change in that and I feel like just something how the way you grow up also in the environment things like that but me I don’t know as I start get like as I’m you know get older and stuff you know wiser and we get only wiser and as we get older um to me I I would get bored of after a while I would get bored definitely of the the routine and things I need to change things to feel comfortable a little bit more or I don’t know just like something about the change that gives you um different energy different vibes different you know change is always great I always say that sometimes People scared of change but no matter what that is it could be anything in your life that you wanted to change it or as far as decor that you wanted to change and you’re like “No well it just goes there and it’s going to be there forever.” Um I feel like if I want to change it if I want to move it some people will say that um they make them like kind of feel weird but not me i’m like “No you know what i’m going to change this picture i’m going to change this decor i’m going to change that i’m so right now.” So this vlog probably it might look like it’s everywhere but it is not but I know it’s going to be a consistent like um vlog of what I’m doing right now i’m probably going to break it down cut it to two vlog two pieces of vlogs or something or cut it to three vlogs parts of vlogs um because I don’t want to be I don’t want to have it like as a long vlog just to drag you around feel like you’re bored but so we’ll see how that goes as far as editing and stuff like that if it’s too long then I’ll just put like two parts or three parts or you know however that goes but yeah so it’s going to be process so with that being said I already have made changes so I just add some nice curtains in here you guys i am going to change this picture i’m changing this entire background here i’m adding a new bed set here i’m um I’m going to move this rack and chair probably going to put it in the living room somewhere or maybe in the balcony we shall see um as far as my office hair desks and things that I have to get so probably everything else is going to get rearranged so yeah I’m going to add like a nice little chandelier here something just to add um elegancy and things like that and something just nice so yeah we’re going to rearrange everything but as far as what I did so far yesterday after making the beautiful lunch that I had I was so beautiful so I added this nice beautiful gorgeous um curtains that I’ve got from um actually ordered this from um Amazon in European style and it comes two double size and look how the material is very nice and the quality it’s amazing i really love it and I ordered some of the stands just to hold it here so this what I did yesterday i just set set this curtains up here i also ordered uh the hang um things over there it’s all from Amazon i will link all this details for you guys if you guys interested to get it and it’s a reasonable price it’s amazing amazing amazing quality and I’m not saying that because I’m trying to sell you something but honestly it’s so pretty look how the back looks nice um yeah so I’m going to take this part i’m also order I’m going to add so I’m definitely in the mood of like changing things around here in the house um yeah so I order this to this actually frames that I wanted to add and I’m going to put like new pictures and stuff so I’m going to show you so I order this frames this 8* 10 in and I’m loving it you can also set it up here or you can hang it on the wall so I choose I’m going to hang it on the wall and I have a four four sets of those and it’s going to be right here instead of that and then also the bed the headband and stuff like that is going to look just like that that I have is brand new um I do have a bag now and things like that but it’s just like something about change you guys i wanted to change everything else it’s just like you know what i’m getting bored of that what I have right now so I’m going to rearrange everything and then this room is going to become my bedroom that room probably is going to be like a kind of like a office kind of like light work things like that so just changing things in in house like I mean just apartment two bedrooms that I have and it just you know something you know just to give you something to do in and then just like if you’re bored sometimes you want to change things on your house and the decor please do so because it will make you feel so so so so good so amazing so this is what we’re doing right now so I ordered four of those and this is going to be the pictures that I just print out right now so I’m going to put this up today i am not going to set them back today i’m going to probably set it up either tomorrow Sunday or approximately maybe I want to wait because I want to add you guys and then the I want to add I do not want to have like the little stuff comes from the wall or something i don’t know you never know but here and then some other things I have ordered i have a mess of things coming in the house on Monday um so this these are the pictures that I have it’s so nice i can’t wait to put these up and this is my recent pictures that I also edit because this picture I feel like I said I took this a little while ago when I had like a dark hair and things um but yeah we’re blonde we’re blonde babies now so we can’t change things i mean yeah so I’m so excited i’m just so excited about changing the decor and changing the environment that you live in and you make your your house um feel peaceful and beautiful and just gives you that nice vibe and energy it just makes you feel so much better and things so much better I I believe and it just opens your mind a lot more better to new opportunities new things and new changes so change is always great don’t ever be afraid of changes um with that being said so I’m going to get to it right now and then start hanging those walls and in the meantime you guys um you know I always share something with like a like either snack that I’m making in house or like kind of pastries or something but today we are making a fresh um cheese in house so I ordered y’all know I showed you the milk that I drink organic i got that either from the farm or from Sprouts from from Whole Foods it’s one of the best milk I ever I swear it’s God this is the only milk I drink ever um it’s so because it’s organic when we want to make cheese you also want to know that look at this package you guys i have I have to let’s not even talk about it because that’s Monday we’re going to open all the boxes so yeah so okay so this is it so the cheese looks like it’s start coming up so this is the I have poured already then you do want to add vinegar but when this starts coming off to the side that means it’s the cheese is going to start going so what you wanted to do I think I’m going to turn off on the the lower and you want to make sure there’s low heat you don’t want to like put extremely heat high so I have that set up right now so you want to add the vinegar pinch of salt um and just set it set it still to cool off for a bit and then after that what you want to do um is you want to grab something that either like like something like that that has like you know separated all the water and then you just have that to get that drained the all the cheese and then also give you the nice beautiful design that you wanted to have for from cheese and just set it still and then drains all the water so that drains so nicely and separate the water from the the cheese that you’re going to create you can just put it aside and then put in refrigerator it’s ready to go so mozzarella cheese we’re going to make it at home i am so excited um I haven’t made cheese in a little while so kind of excited to try that mozzarella cheese homemade and I’m going to give some to my mom also to give her that um I also made some pumpkin that I had for a while and I had to make it and I want to show you what does it look like it’s so nice oh my gosh and make some of it like I had like a big old pumpkin that I get for white and I swear I thought I was going to be spoiled just sit still but I know when I grew up in when when I was back home in Morocco when I was a kid we always we had a huge house like this beautiful dreamy house like in Moroccans like you know how they look like the riad and stuff like that and then up there in a roof we had like um you can see the sky and stuff like that and then you can see like we always my mom always had the pump large pumpkin sitting up on top of the roof so always look up like that i always see the pumpkin so it’s just so nice feeling um so yeah I had the pumpkin large pumpkin that I purchased a while ago i think I had pictures with in a vlog with you guys before i was like I’m going to make that and put that like inside and I set it here like literally for months like and it never got bad because it was organic it was nice from Costco that I got and it’s this humongous pumpkin that I had humongous um so yeah the other day I was like it’s time to cut it up it’s been a month so it’s time to cut this baby up and then we’re going to cook it make some of it i make half of it it was like a Moroccan way pumpkin so what I mean about that is just like I peel I cut it peel it and then I steamed it and when you steam it the pumpkin cooks really fast um like approximately 10 minute 5 to 10 minutes and it was steamed done when it gets so soft I put it um into the pot i add a little bit of olive oil i add sugar regular sugar cuz you do not want to add brown sugar cuz it gives it some sort of a bitter taste so I add uh regular sugar i added um a lot of cinnamon um to give it a nice you know flavor and stuff like that and then I just like um smush it down to make it like a paste almost so you create the paste it’s just like you’re making a jam pretty much um but you’re making it as a pumpkin so it has that nice texture i’m going to show you right now it’s so beautiful and it just turns out so yummy look at that look at that this is the Moroccan way that you make pumpkin um and then I cut the other half i made let’s cut it into small pieces so it just it got me like a lot of pumpkin and I was like “Oh my gosh this is so nice.” So the pumpkin looks like that and you can have this as a to for a toast so good so yummy plus it’s really healthy for you so yummy testing the texture of the cinnamon honey also I add a little bit of honey just give it a nice flavor so so yummy anyway so I’m going to turn on this thing together um also I’m going to add some vinegar right now i’m going to come back to what I was saying to you guys but I just want to definitely show you what I’m doing right now so we’re going to add like a little bit of vinegar just to set that up a little bit of vinegar and then also you want to add a pinch of salt and that’s And you just want to set it still and then it will still separate itself so I’m just going to let it sit here yep so it cool off once it cools off and then we’re going to continue the job of making the cheese so yeah back to the story I was telling you guys um so I have like made a lot of it and then so the other half I’m making like a you know pumpkin paste like that and then the other half I just cut like some of it like for for couscous and some for the veggies and just give me a lot of freaking pumpkin which is a lot i love it so much so yeah I add some of it with it yesterday and um couscous it was so nice and amazing so yeah so that’s what I did pretty much like in a couple days i cut the pumpkin off it was just like it’s time to get it done right now so this is what we did so yeah right now we are going to go back into our room and then we’re going to go ahead and definitely Oh my god excuse [Music] me hydration hydration hydration you guys got to stay hydrated especially the summer time i feel like it’s going to get really hot it’s going to be really strong it’s insane yeah so we are going to move that picture and then I’m debating where should I put the picture should I put it away should I just put it somewhere in the bathroom should I hang it somewhere else we should figure out so yeah I’m going to go ahead right now and start putting these um pictures into this frames and then we’re going to follow the process so let’s do the first one these are amazing i really love these this is so beautiful the details it’s amazing [Music] so if this doesn’t fit quite like just a bit I need to be cut so I’m just going to cut that with the scissor here just make it line up as much as [Music] possible and I love how this is easy you don’t have to like hassle for you to open these because some of the frames you really have to have those perfectly um shaped so let’s go ahead so it’s easy to close yay this is what we want i really love this frame and it just looks so nice and solid and well put together so this is the one first one i am so happy how it turns out it’s so amazing oh my god I love her looks so cute so nice okay perfect so we got to do the same thing with the other four we’re just going to set this to the side right now [Music] so this will come to um for order i order also this from Amazon i will link all this stuff for you guys so that way you don’t if you’re interested to get these these are really nice this is the first one do the same thing with that one right here i’m just going to put this on the plastic so it doesn’t get scratched [Applause] don’t stop now i’ll show you when it light burning high feel the [Applause] heat shake your mind yay this is what we want i really love this frame and it just looks so nice and solid and well put together so this is the one first one i am so happy how it turns out it’s so amazing oh my god I love her looks so cute so nice okay perfect so we’re going to do the same thing with the other four i’m just going to set this to the side right now oh yeah break it down feel the swambo beats let’s ignite dance with me through the night sing shake your [Music] body sing shake your body shine like stars [Music] my little guys so back into the kitchen so recapping our cheese that we are making homemade um so as you can see I added the vinegar a pinch of salt and then this is the texture that you wanted to get and that all the water look how much water it got separated um and then it start again so what you wanted to do you want to grab that have something like that that’s going to separate you know to drain all the water and then you start pressing it like that so you can you know get all the water in the juice out of it honestly just like a small little thing it’s not too much because I all I have is just like a half of like the whole bottle like half of the whole bottle so yeah it’s no more i thought there was like some more but there’s none but yeah so we’re just going to get that and then squeeze all the water [Music] in and then that’s it so what I’m going to do I’m going to set it here in this Oops and this ball right here and then I’m just going to have it here for to cool off while we’re completing our project so when this cools off I can just grab it like that and then store it and put it into the nice container and put it into the refrigerator and then there you have it you have your whole freshmade um cheese that we just made tada [Music] can you feel move your body it’s so [Music] real don’t stop now i’ll show you how light burning high feel the heat [Applause] guys so finally I put I re I reorganize all the pictures at least i get them up on the wall and nice and ready to go um they look so beautiful i love it look at the details look at this crushed diamonds insane very very pretty like I didn’t thought it was going to be like this nice quality but it’s really nice all from Amazon linking it down below for something from Vand Dolls um Steve Maddens was a jeans that I got and I’ve been eyeing it for a while and it looks so cute so I’m going to try it out with you guys to see how that looks i’m going to open that up in a little bit i want do want to show you what um the bathroom looks like when I added the So I moved the big picture that I had old one the OG one um I feel like it’s time for change for sure for sure um and definitely I put it into my bathroom so I’m going to show you right now so this is what I did i added my my um in my bathroom here i have added the picture here the old one right here so I think it looks really good and I feel like it just needed it in this spot also so looks so nice and then yeah this is it pretty much hi it’s me and I added the good vibes only like right here it just something for now but yeah so I am so hungry i think I’m going to eat something right now um probably I’m just going to have some couscous or something or like a little mini sandwich we shall see um what I’m in the mood for in the fridge to eat i want something heavy and then let’s try first the the jeans that I just ordered i do want to share it with you guys to see what it look like so let’s do that first and then we’re going to go ahead and eat all right so we just received that like jeans i have tons i own tons of them but honestly it’s never too much from jeans because I don’t know with me it’s myself i always get bored of the jeans that I have and I want to like something new uh because jeans I feel like they’re always like it never gets old you can dress it up with a lot of things you can put it upside down it’s you know no matter how you wear jeans it’s just okay so it’s like this card and it and um it’s from Steve M it’s a Steve Madden brand sometimes like I also order like another pair of pants from Steve Madden i am someone says I really like that uh the pants I haven’t wear it yet so I’m just wearing like a special occasion or something to wear so but this is the jean and I’m going to show you the other pair that I got from Steve Man also this is it looks so nice and cute i own like another pants looks almost same like that but from Zara but yeah I need a newer one that would kind of style like that i really love this style kind of like baggy but it’s still uptight here so let me put it on and then see what is if it fits or not this is small by the way so it’s a small size it doesn’t have a number because I know like European like by Zara if you order something from Zara it’s like European size like 27 26 27 it really depends on style so let me put these on and then I can show you guys so I have them on i really like those pants it’s still baggy in the bottom but it’s kind of like it’s giving up [Applause] here it’s really cute i’m trying to like go further like far away so that way you can guys get the picture to see the entire pants i love this kind of pants this is so my style you guys like the little things that is hanging in the bottom and just kind of baggy and gives that nice little swag you know um obsessed love it i think I can rock it with so many things maybe like um some sort of like a nice top jean top i also have a core size um that is jeans and it’s almost the same color as that it’s kind of so perfect but this is so beautifully wellmade nice quality it also has like pockets here pockets here whole bunch of pockets pockets in the bottom that has a zipper because I know sometimes the jeans that you get or some other pants you do have looks like a design that is also like has pockets but there’s no pockets there but it’s just like kind of sort of a design but this is actually has pockets in there there’s many pockets and you can hide a lot of things but this is really cool and then in the bottom it has this kind of like design it’s like a detail stuff like just hanging in there oh my gosh I love these could wear this definitely with high heels you could wear it with sneakers like a nice sneakers um yeah it’s really cute the top by the way I’m just wearing like some sort of like a dupe um skin dupe but it’s like from Fashion Nova i really like that um and then
