5-7 Am Smoke Setting
7-3pm 225 degrees Unwrapped to about 170 degrees internal
3-530 Pan, foiled, and Root Beer bottom to 190-208 internal depending which shoulder and place
530-630 rest
620 pulled pork nachos to ensure edible
