👋Hello and welcome! Today I will share with you incredibly delicious lentils recipe I learned from my mother-in-law! 👍 💖 Grind 1.5 cup lentils (11oz | 300g) until they reach a fine powder consistency. For this lentil recipe you need 3 ingredients only! 👍 Sieve the ground lentils. ℹ️ Sifting the flour after grinding helps to remove any larger pieces. Watch the video to learn how to cook lentils in a new incredibly delicious way! To make “egg” cream, blend together
1 block silken tofu (11oz | 300g) and 2tbsp Red Palm oil or Olive oil. Season with salt. Blend until creamy. Pour the “egg” into lentils flour. Knead until you achieve a homogeneous dough. ℹ️ If the dough is a little too crumbly you can add some water. Form the dough into a ball. This is a very simple recipe everyone can make at home. Just follow my step by step instructions. Place the dough on a floured surface. Dust with flour. Roll into a long rope. Vegans enjoy this easy recipe a lot and for non vegans it will be a surprise how good this vegan recipe is! 😋 👍 Divide the dough into four equal pieces. Roll each piece into a long rope. Cut it into 3/4inch pieces. This lentil recipe is high in protein and good for lunch or dinner! Add to lightly salted boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes until they float. Roll another piece of dough. ℹ️ The lentils dough is more fragile than dough containing gluten. Cut into your desired shape (pappardelle or thiner noodles). ℹ️ You can use pasta machine to make lentil pasta. ✅ Write a review or ask a question about the recipe. I will be very happy to answer. ℹ️ You can store fresh lentil pasta in the fridge for 1-2 days. ✅ SUBSCRIBE to see new recipes! Serve with spinach and sesame dressing or with any pasta sauce of your choice. Enjoy! It’s so tasty….mmmmmm 😋 Thank you so much for watching my video and see you again soon! 💚 😊 💖

  2. Wonderful recipe. But could you clarify my doubt.
How come the palm oil is thick and yellow. Looks like pumpkin puree has been added to make dough. If it's only olive oil then has water to be added to make a firm dough.
    Thanks.

  3. at the beginning of the video I thought that you were going to cook em like this video I saw on how they make prawn crackers. but rather they boil at the sausage but, cool then slice and fry. I'm not sure that would work, depending really on how much starch is in lentils. good video anyway bud!!

  4. Cool vegan recipe..except for suggesting the option of using palm oil.
The harvest of red palm oil, like other palm oil production, can contribute to habitat destruction. The expansion of oil palm plantations often involves clearing forests, including biodiverse tropical rainforests, to make way for the crops. This deforestation can lead to destroying the habitat for many endangered species and contribute to climate change due to the release of greenhouse gases from deforestation and peatland degradation.

  5. Все ингредиенты хороши, кроме пальмовое масла…. это масло опасно для здоровья любого человека и в некоторых странах это масло запрещено…..Читайте правильные 📚 книги берегите себя ❤❤❤❤

  6. looks like this could be a good bread too if you baked it instead of boiling. I wonder if that would work.

  7. I don't understand about what happened before the strips were made. Before the strips were made, they were in boiling Salted water. Yet they were dry when rolled out. Presumably you dried them off first. Then, next, you're putting the crinkled cut pieces out to serve! What happened to the strips?! I'm confused.

  8. Is ok to change potatoes with tofu, but so much oil is no good it seal the dough, use water instead

  9. Seems like you left out some stuff after you put in the tofu there’s like some orange stuff and you’re calling it palm oil or olive oil so it feels like you’re leaving out something I don’t know

  10. Buongiorno…dal titolo già mi piace, però se non vi dispiace, salvo il video e lo guarderò con calma, ora non ho tempo di guardare . Sono sicura che mi piacerà di sicuro. Grazie mille r buon inizio di giornata. 🥰🔝👏👏👏🌹
