ASHLAND, Ky. (WSAZ) – After announcing its closure yesterday, a new Italian restaurant is replacing The Winchester in Delta Hotels Ashland Downtown.

Tuscan Prime Italian Chophouse is coming to Ashland and opening next month, according to the hotel’s Facebook.

The restaurant will offer handcrafted pastas, grilled steaks, and more, the hotel said.

The hotel said Tuscan Prime Italian Chophouse will be owned by the hotel’s owners, Jimmy Nizzo, and Andy Spiros.

LBA Hospitality will manage the new restaurant, the hotel said.
