Let’s make a chicken spinach artich choke calzone. Heat oil in a pan. Then add in garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 30 seconds. Then add in the artichoke carts and spinach. When the spinach has wilted, stir in the cream cheese. Once melted, spoon into a bowl with mozzarella, parmesan, raakota, salt, pepper, parsley, lemon, and cooked chicken breast. Mix together and set aside. Dust flour on your working surface. Then roll out your dough. Place on a foiled and oiled sheet pan and spoon half of the spinach artichoke mixture on one side. Brush the edge of the dough with egg wash. Then fold over to seal. Roll the edges and press with a fork and cut two slices to bend. Add more egg wash over the top and bake at 450 for 15 to 20 minutes. Melt butter. Then add in garlic powder, salt, dried parsley, pepper, and parmesan. Mix together. Then brush over the top of the cooked hell zones.
