Make olive garden zuppa toscana soup recipe
My husband loves Olive Gardens Zupa Discano. I am not a chef, but I definitely know how to follow a recipe. So, let’s see how this comes out. So, these are the ingredients that you’ll need to have for this recipe. 1 pound of Italian mild sausage. 2 cups of heavy cream. Six cups of chicken broth. 1 tbsp of minced garlic. 4 tbsps of butter. 3 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of pepper. Half of a white onion diced. Four to five yellow potatoes peeled and cut into 1 in pieces. The recipe says four cups of chopped kale. We’re not doing that. I just take two handfuls and call it a day. So now I need you to grab a large pot. I’m going to need you to put this sausage in this pot. First you need to take off the casing of the sausage. It’s absolutely disgusting. I hate this part of cooking. But take that casing off. And then what I need you to do is mush up those sausages and then put that in that pan and let it brown. Put this on medium heat. Take that wooden spoon, break that sausage up, and make sure that it’s cooked all the way through. And then take it out and set it to the side. In that same pan, you’re going to add your butter, your onions, and you’re going to sauté this on medium heat until your onions are translucent. Now you’re going to add your garlic. You’re going to leave it in there for about a minute. And then you’re going to start to smell that amazing scent of the garlic and the butter and the onions. Baby, it smells so good. Now you’re going to add your chicken broth, potatoes, salt and pepper, and two cups of water. You’re going to boil those potatoes until they’re tender. And then you’re going to add your kale, your sausage, and then you’re going to add in your cream. Once everything is in the same pot, I will put it on medium for another 10 minutes. And then it is ready to go and serve. And this is what it looks like. If you want the recipe, just drop the word recipe in the comments, and I will send you a link. Happy cooking.
