This gorgeous crisp Greek salad is all about simple, high-quality ingredients, fresh flavours, and plenty of high quality extra virgin olive oil.
Its so quick to make and is a perfect side dish for any grilled fish or meat.

🛒
1 head of romaine lettuce, washed and finely shredded
6 spring onions finely sliced
Handful fresh dill, chopped
Feta cheese, crumbled

For the Dressing:
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Place the lettuce, dill, spring onions, feta in your serving bowl.
Pour over the lemon juice and olive oil, add pinch salt and toss together.
