These are today's loafs baked with my classic recipe. I have 2 large and 2 half sized loafs because I increased the recipe by 50%.

Using the normal ingredient amounts listed in the recipe I generally do either 2 large loafs or 1 large and 2 half sized loafs.

    How do you get such defined cuts? I’ve tried every tip and mine are always so undefined once the loaf finishes baking.

    I don’t get how anyone can score sourdough unless it’s really low hydration? If i cut mine it immediately self heals
