    Hey I had a damaged shipment like this and it became one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Nespresso is ready to handle this for quickly, you need the packaging for live inspection by video call.

    I’ve had this issue almost every time I get a delivery, very frustrating but agree that CS is incredible and always ships the same order out for free

    I had this happen once; a couple sleeves actually fell out as well. And, yes, customer service was great. I had replacement sleeves within 2 days.
